After sales support in USA

Ellipse Inc. closed its operational activities in the USA on February 1, 2010. Ellipse A/S – Denmark continues to oversee the global operations in the USA.

Technical service activities and customer care for our two product lines – I²PL / Flex/MultiFlex platforms and Ellipse Juvia Fractional CO2 laser - is handled by two different American entities, Peak-Service USA and EnergistNA respectively.

Concerning Ellipse I²PL / Flex/MultiFlex

Technical support related to the I2PL/Flex/ MultiFlex platforms is handled exclusively by Peak-Service USA, who also supports and handles orders with regards to patient marketing materials for Flex/ I2PL /MultiFlex – such as Skin Rejuvenation and Hair Removal patient brochures.

Concerning Ellipse Juvia

For Ellipse Juvia any clinical and technical support is handled directly by EnergistNA offering after-warranty service and repair. EnergistNA also handles orders and requests with regards to patient marketing materials – such as patient brochures etc.
